Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of APOI AI (the "Service"). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

What APOI AI is

APOI AI helps caregivers and the people they care for track medical appointments, share details within a private "circle," and message each other. APOI AI is a scheduling and organization tool only — it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional medical care. In an emergency, contact emergency services directly.

Accounts and circles

You're responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for keeping your login credentials secure. A caregiver who creates a circle is responsible for the accounts they invite into it.

Subscriptions, trials, and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Each plan includes a 7-day free trial; if you don't cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the plan you selected. Billing for a circle is managed by its caregiver — other circle members do not need their own subscription. You can cancel or manage billing at any time from your profile.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service for anything unlawful, to store or share appointment information for someone without appropriate authorization, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, APOI AI is not liable for missed appointments, scheduling errors, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
