This Privacy Policy describes what information APOI AI ("we") collects and how we use it.
Information we collect
Account information (name, email, role), appointment details you or your circle add (titles, dates, locations, prep notes), messages sent within your circle, and billing information handled directly by Stripe — we don't store your card details ourselves.
How we use it
To operate the Service: showing appointments and messages to the right circle members, processing subscriptions and trials, and improving reliability. We don't sell your personal information.
Who can see your data
Appointment and message data is only visible to members of your own care circle, enforced at the database level. Your caregiver's billing status is visible to your circle so everyone can see the plan is active — payment details themselves are never shared.
Third parties we use
Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (billing), Vercel (hosting), and Anthropic/Google AI APIs (to read appointment details out of confirmation emails you choose to forward or upload).
Data retention & deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us below.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; continued use of the Service means you accept the updated policy.
